Terms of Service

Welcome to Go Farther (“Go Farther”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service at gofarther.dev, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

Go Farther is a tool for generating images, video and voice with AI models. You describe what you want; we help write the prompt and run it through third-party model providers to produce your media.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Your content

• You keep the rights you have in the prompts you write and the media you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.
• You’re responsible for what you create and how you use it. Don’t generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that depicts real people without their consent.
• We store your chats and generated media so you can access them across devices. You can delete your media at any time from your gallery.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use Go Farther to break the law, infringe others’ rights, create harmful, hateful, or sexual content involving minors, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Credits & billing

• Generations are metered in credits. New accounts receive a starter grant of free credits.
• Paid plans and top-ups are billed through our payment processor. Credits are consumed as you generate and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• Prices and plans may change; changes apply going forward, not to credits you’ve already purchased.

6. Third-party providers

Generations and some features run on third-party infrastructure (model, storage, email and payment providers). Their availability and results are outside our direct control.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Farther is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service over time. You can stop using Go Farther at any time; we may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
