This policy explains what Go Farther (“we”, “us”) collects when you use gofarther.dev, and how we use it. We try to collect only what the service needs to work.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and authentication details, so you can sign in.
- Your content: the prompts you write, your chats, and the images, videos and audio you generate.
- Billing: if you purchase credits, our payment processor handles your card details — we don’t store card numbers, only a record that a purchase was made.
- Usage: basic technical information needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To generate your media, prompts and any attached images are sent to our AI model providers (for prompt-writing and for image/video/voice generation).
- When you enable web search, a request that needs current facts is sent to a search-enabled model provider to gather them before your prompt is written.
- To store your chats and media so they’re available across your devices.
- To send account emails (sign-in codes, confirmations) through our email provider.
- To process payments and maintain your credit balance.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that make Go Farther work — authentication and storage, AI model and search providers, our email sender, and our payment processor — and only as needed to provide the service. We don’t sell your personal information.
Storage & retention
Your account data, chats and generated media are stored with our hosting and storage provider. You can delete individual media from your gallery. To delete your account and associated data, contact us.
Your choices
- Delete generated media at any time from your gallery.
- Turn off web search in Settings if you’d rather no request ever goes to a search provider.
- Delete your account yourself in Settings → Delete account, or email us to request it.
